What's so doggone hard about this song for me is those raking sweeps... you don't mute them, you just *stop* fingering them as soon as you hit the note, and *then* mute the string so it doesn't ring out to the open note. Use the pinky to hit that 10/12 slide, and then that same pinky to hit the harmonic. This is a Wes King lick all the way... you'll see the same technique in *Good News* from the RFoS release.
